Shipping Methods
Given the large and heavy nature of most of our products, most international orders are shipped using LCL (Less than Container Load), FCL (Full Container Load), or LTL truck shipping. Shipping fees are calculated manually based on weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination.
Fees & Shipping Cost
For orders outside Canada, USA, and Mexico, please note that import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the item and shipping totals. For more details, please refer to our Duties & Taxes section. Please be aware that original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Electrical & Plumbing Standard Compliance
Before completing your purchase, make sure to check the Specifications (SPECS) tab on our products and consult with our knowledgeable sales team to confirm compatibility with your country’s electrical and plumbing standards. We also recommend verifying that your country’s import regulations allow the shipment of the items you're purchasing. In some rare cases, countries may require local certification, which we may not have.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
If an order is refused or returned due to inaccurate or incorrect address information, or because it was declined or undeliverable, Aquatica and its subsidiaries reserve the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and charge the payment method used for any costs incurred to return the undeliverable items.
Certified Origin Documents
Certain countries may require that your order’s documents be certified by the chamber of commerce. If you need certified documents, there will be a $75 USD fee per document, along with shipping charges to send you the documents.
Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees
Orders placed from outside Canada, USA, or Mexico may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and VAT. For specific countries like Australia and New Zealand, Aquatica can handle these fees on your behalf. For other countries, please check with your local government regarding duties, taxes, and customs regulations.

For all other regions, orders will be charged in EUR, or EUR converted to USD based on the current exchange rate. Shipping arrangements for these orders must be handled manually through our inside sales team.
Payment Method
For orders outside the US, Canada, and Mexico, payments must be made via bank transfer to the account listed on your invoice. All bank transfer costs are to be covered by the buyer.
