Maria’s been with us for four years and she’s amazing at working with our clients to help them create the perfect bespoke bathroom. If she’s choosing for herself, it would be a black Lillian or Illusion bath with a jungle vibe to the room… and bathtime would feature dimmed lights, jazz, an orangey bath bomb, coffee and a good book.

First and foremost, my colleagues, the teamwork, the unity, the eagerness to bring only the best to the table both for the company and for the clients.

Which Product Would You Choose For Your Dream Bathroom? & Why?

As a huge plant lover, my dream is to have a jungle-like bathroom, and I would choose either Lillian or Illusion preferably in NeroX (black). The style, the size, the velvety material, the durability, those tubs tick every single box for me. The Nerox material will elevate the beauty of the already beautiful tub combined with a jungle vibe is an absolute win. Certainly, can’t wait to make it all happen!

What Is Your Most Memorable Sale?

The most memorable sale was just a few months ago, a client with whom I spoke 2 years ago reached out and said “I’m ready! I saved up!!”. They decided they wanted a True Ofuro bathtub , and were determined to get it. As a thank-you gesture, for being such an extraordinary client, we sent them a little gift, which made the client even more emotional. It was an amazing win for everyone and a reminder of how amazing our products are!

What Is Your Bathtime Routine?

My bathtime routine would be:

Find the perfect bath bomb, preferably an orangy smell;
Organize the tray with the essentials: coffee, a book, and some juice.
Play some jazz - Nina Simone or Nat King Cole - and dim the lights just enough so you can relax, but you’ll also be able to read the book.
