Whether you're located in the lower 48 states or in one of our remote areas, we ensure timely delivery of your luxurious bathroom products, such as bathtubs , hot tubs , and bathroom furniture .
Curbside Delivery: Reliable, Safe, and Secure
Due to the size and weight of many of our products, we provide curbside delivery. Our carriers will drop off your order at the end of your driveway or another accessible location outside your home. Please note, this service does not include setup, assembly, or packaging removal.
- Inspection on Arrival: Once your product arrives, be sure to inspect it for any damage and note them on the delivery receipt. If there are any issues, you can refuse the delivery by marking “Refused due to damages” on the receipt.
- Delivery Times: Our deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A signature will be required at the time of delivery to ensure safe receipt of your products.
Why We Don’t Offer “Free Shipping”
Due to the weight and bulkiness of many of our products, shipping requires specialized handling, crating, and freight services, which is why we do not offer free shipping. Here’s why our shipping costs are worth it:
