Aquatica’s Purescape 174B Relax in the Black & White Series is an oval acrylic freestanding bathtub featuring a superb сhromotherapy and air massage system which sends out soothing and heated, air massage bubbles combined with relaxing сhromotherapy lights. The double-ended freestanding design of this tub adds a refinement of luxury to either contemporary or traditional bathroom. The black exterior and white interior of the Purescape 174B has a larger footprint, yet still keeps its space-conscious design, not compromising on its interior soaking space. Manufactured using the highest quality, sanitary grade acrylic sheets, this upscale tub is durably strong, and has a scratch and chemical-resistant surface. This tub comes with over 20 low-profile air jets that come with an electric control allows you to change the variable speed massage system which helps function the wave and pulse modes. Chromotherapy is said to employ light in the form of color to balance and harmonise the body. Aquatica have applied this to an integrated Chromotherapy system available in selected bathtub models to provide yet another delightfully relaxing and rejuvenating facet to bathing. A series of up to 40 low-profile LED lights fitted under the water provide a range of colors which can be set in slow rotation or fixed color mode to soothe the body and enhance energy levels. Each color in the program has different characteristics and there are a range of chromotherapy light shows bathers can choose from, to create their desired mood.

Pre-installed relax air system

There is simply no better name for Aquatica’s superb air massage system. It primary purpose is to let you to lie back and relax in your bathtub, whilst the myriad warm air bubbles caress and gently massage your skin. The Relax system is the result of Aquatica’s continued drive for excellence and innovation in order to take bathing to new heights of luxury and health-giving invigoration. At least sixteen low-profile air jets deliver thousands of warm bubbles into the bath, with variable speed electronic control for wave or pulse modes at different pressures.

Automatic purge cycle

Our Relax series air massage bathtubs are equipped with an automatic purge cycle, which activates the blower 30-45 minutes after draining and blows any stranded water from the system to ensure that your tub is sanitized and ready for the next use.

The Aquatica Bathtub Nordic Insulation System is an innovative bathtub insulation system. Designed for non-heater and certain heater equipped bathtub models installed in colder environments, it insulates and air seals all of the bathtub’s inner surfaces, including the bathtub bottom. This energy-saving insulation system creates an air chamber to prevent heat loss and maximizes energy efficiency. The Aquatica Bathtub Nordic Insulation System works perfectly with the Aquatica Dual Wall solid surface superstructure. It creates the best insulated, sound-proof and monolithic solid stone interior.
